From the CD, "101 Strings Orchestra: The Magic of Broadway." Jules Styne wrote the music, and Bob Merrill the lyrics, for the 1964 Broadway musical "Funny Girl." Barbra Streisand starred (as Fanny Brice), along with Omar Shariff, in the 1968 movie "Funny Girl," directed by William Wyler.
