The FIFA World Cup may be over, but the frenzy is all set to spill on to Azad Maidan today, where the annual Mumbai Schools Sports Association (MSSA) inter-school football league kicks off.
180 top schools all over Mumbai have already registered, with the count of the girls’ teams going up to 44, from last year’s 38. The overall response from the schools has certainly gone up.
