It seems there is more drama in the Lindsay Lohan camp - it is being reported her celebrity lawyer has been banned from quitting the case.
Shawn Chapman Holley tried to part company with the actress last week after Lindsay was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her probabtion, imposed after her drink driving ban in 2007.
But according to the New York Post, Judge Marsha Revel has told her she cannot leave the case until another attorney is found and details are filed with the court.
There were tears in court as the Mean Girls star begged for forgiveness, but despite her pleas a jail sentenced was passed down.
The 24-year-old must surrender to the court on July 20.
