Moumita shoulders major household responsibilities and looks after her mother and two brothers since her father deserted them. Whenever there is a problem in the family or in the community, she talks to the people and makes sure that she can do whatever is possible. Keeping in mind that early marriage and health of the women are the two major problems of the communities that she serves, she has been able to nurture a group of adolescent girls and counsel on a regular basis.
