SYNOPSIS: Darby Quinn (Shevaun Kastl) is a 23 year old recovering addict who is headed for a relapse. She abides, albeit begrudgingly, by the suggestions set forth by her sponsor, Brooke, and the traditions of Alcoholics Anonymous. But she is unable to share honestly about her feelings regarding her dysfunctional family and history of drug abuse. On her 30th day sober, Darby gets a cat to mark the milestone. The unlikely bond she forms with this furry companion provides Darby with the impetus she needs to face her demons; And it is this bond that sets her back on the road to recovery and ultimately saves her life.
