http://videos.cleveland.com/plain-dealer/ The U.S. Brig Niagara, a tall ship out of Erie Pa., sailed into Cleveland with cannons blasting for a preview of the Tall Ships Festival to be held at The Port of Cleveland July 7-11. Fourteen local teenagers were on board as part of the Rotary Club of Cleveland’s YESS Project, which teaches character, leadership and life skills through sailing.
