Kylie Minogue has spoken of her fears that she may have left it too late to have children.
The 42-year-old singer, who is dating Spanish model Andres Velencoso Segura, fought off breast cancer in 2005 and is concerned that the drug treatment she received may mean that she can never conceive.
But she is thrilled for her younger sister Danni, who is due to give birth next month, saying "she has blossomed".
The star must continue to take medication to prevent the cancer returning. One of the side effects is weight gain, and she revealed that this causes a lot of women to stop taking the drugs.
The pop princess admitted she struggles at times but said: "I'm here and that is what I have to remember".
The former Neighbours actress recently shrugged off reports that her relationship with Velencoso was on the rocks. It was alleged that the two had an argument, where she accused him of failing to support her emotionally as she prepares to launch her new album Aphrodite.
