It might seem odd to find Tony Romo, Dallas Cowboys quarterback at a javascript conference, but America's team has adopted javascript for their new offense. Dez Bryant, Tony's new wideout target, and him have been having trouble connecting on passes so the Cowboys decided to send Romo to txjs to learn as much about JavaScript as possible and incorporate it into the Cowboys playbook. Tony later showed up on Austin's Sixth Street at the Texas Coworking beer and pizza party sponsored by Google and started coding up those new plays in earnest. Is a Superbowl in the Cowboys future? Says Romo, "maybe with the help of JavaScript we can get there".
