Gossip Girl star Chance Crawford has been arrested in Texas for possession of cannabis.
The actor was charged for possession of the drug, but has been granted bail and released.
He faces a maximum of 180 days in jail and a £1,380 fine if convicted.
In the hit US show Crawford plays Nate Archibald, a boy who lives the high life with other rich kids in Manhattan's Upper East Side.
The 24-year-old actor has a new movie out this summer, Twelve. In the film he portrays a young man who sells cannabis to teenage New Yorkers.
Gossip Girl is on ITV2 Wednesday nights at 8.
