All diets fail in the long run because they have failure built into their design. Diets cannot help but fail because bodies were never meant to engage in repetitive cycles of dramatic weight loss and weight gain. The human body isn't designed to work like that and, just as importantly, neither is the human mind. Human beings were meant to eat in accordance with their body's natural wisdom and so remain as slender as animals in the wild. This eating as our natural instincts dictate is the art and skill of thintuition.
