Miley Cyrus's boyfriend has been defending her new video.
The 17-year-old has come under some criticism over her new single Can't Be Tamed, with some saying it is too sexy.
But Liam Hemsworth, who has been dating Miley since the two met on the set of their movie The Last Song, says he thinks her new video is great.
Speaking backstage at the Young Hollywood Awards, the 20-year-old Australian actor said:
âEveryone gets criticism, itâs kind of what comes with this job. Everybodyâs trying to bring you down. Sheâs got a good head on her shoulders."
In the video Can't Be Tamed, Miley has shed her wholesome Hannah Montana image in favour of a raunchier look, but says while the video is sexy, it is about explaining the song and living the lyrics.
