"I think the Goldman Sachs story is a perfect example of a huge, huge need of transparency," says Richard Attias, who is best known as the producer of the World Economic Forum for 13 years and who also launched the Clinton Global Initiative. "You can't just say to people, 'Oh sorry, because of the sub-prime mortgage rate you lost your job. ' They don't even know what the sub-prime is. This is a big opportunity to educate and explain what did and didn't happen," he tells The Deal in this video interview.
