A 58-year-old Dinkar Sonawane retired BMC employee (sweeper) sends a threat letter to RR Patil in Mantralay to get rid of the alleged harassment from his neighbour and an advocate friend of him in Mankhurd area who had filed case in Kurla court against him of cheque bouncing. The letter states that he and his 48-year-old wife Suman will commit suicide by burning themselves with kerosene on April 10, in front of Mantralay due to the harassment being done by both.
