The Erawan Shrine in Bangkok, Thailand

In the middle of Bangkok's busiest district lies an oasis of calm and meditation. The public shrine is open during daylight hours since an attack on it by a Muslim weirdo. The 4-faced Buddha has been remodeled and the shrine resumed it's function shortly after. A dance troupe and a musician group perform dances and religious tunes for sponsoring VIP's. SiampediaVISION has documented this scenario for you in early March of 2010. Enjoy!
