Recently, on a November evening while rehearsing some Christmas music at the piano, inspiration for composing a holiday piano solo came to me after playing the beautiful classic song "Silent Night." Quickly scribbling my musical notes on manuscript paper, I imagined the anticipation of Christmas with family and friends and the traditional customs of giving gifts. "What would be the most natural gift to give anyone?," I asked myself. After finishing the song, the answer became apparent - the silent gift of a smile. ENJOY!
