Unilever this time around has copied a TV commercial by a local company for Unilever's local brand Wonderlight, which is an exact carbon copy. The so called 'copy-cat' advertisement is being scheduled on all mass media channels.
This is the way Unilever treats local companies in developing countries?
This has been under critical concerns of many a consumers as well as local marketers and speaks blatantly of Unethical marketing of the multinational Unilever.
It's a shame ! No wonder why people should boycott Unilver products in Sri Lanka.
