Russia and China sign deals to tune of 3.5 billion dollars

Moscow and Beijing sealed their burgeoning new trade ties Tuesday by signing several deals to the tune of 3.5 billion dollars. Russian Prime minister Vladimir Putin is scheduled to meet his counterpart Wen Jiabao and President Hu Jintao.
