Popular television cooks, Dave Myers and Simon King, visit a Cheshire Cheese Dairy (http://www.cheshirecheese.org/) as part of filming for their new BBC TV series - The Hairy Bikers’ Food Tour of Britain (http://www.hairybikers.com/index.php?hairybikers_food_tour_of_britain), taking in the sights, sounds and tastes of each county. They arrived on-site in style on their trademark two wheels and after meeting the Joseph Heler team (http://www.joseph-heler.co.uk/) were keen to look at the cheese-making process from start to finish - and sample some delicious Cheshire Cheese!
