First you need a hi-tech factory with the latest safety equipment installed as shown in these pictures.
You need Gluay Hack-Mok and pick them before they are ripened.
Just peel the banana and then slice them as fine as possible with a potato peeler.
The bananas are still firm so they slice easily.
Next the slices are fried in oil.
You have to keep moving them around to stop them sticking together
When they are done they will be crisp.
You can make two types, sweet or salty.
The salty ones you just add...yes you guessed it....salt
The sweet ones you add syrup and sesame seed
