A UP manifest rolls east with an SD70M leading and a screwball but cool power combo: a switch engine, another 70M, and a GP38. Very nice K3LA horn. Pretty good-sized manifest train if you ask me.

About two minutes later, a P3 horn was heard, and a westbound empty coal train with two AC44CWs rolled past the manifest at about 35 miles per hour. Again, judging from the horn, it was probably an ex-Southern Pacific. I love the aluminum coalporters!
