Healthy Lifestyles from the Young People's Project, London, is a charity that works with young parents to provide them with the skills and support to reach their full potential. Recent projects focus on healthy eating and sexual health. In particular, it helps young parents who are not in employment, education or training – through one-to-one support, nursery provision, training and access to education, volunteering and employment.
