Spain: Car bomb rips through Civil Guard barracks in Burgos

A car bomb targeting a Civil Guard barracks exploded in the city of Burgos in the northern region of Castilla y Leon, injuring 46 people including women and children. Police are blaming the attack on Basque separatist rebels ETA.
