If you're a college student and you feel you've been sexually harassed, you might feel you don't have the funds to seek a lawyer's device. Many lawyers will consult, if ever so briefly, with you for free. Many lawyers will take on cases on a contingency basis. There are also free legal services both on campus and off campus in many college environments. I recommend that you use the internet, and you use your school resources to seek out the advice of an attorney who will offer their services, at least initially, for no charge so that you can determine whether or not you have a case against your college.
