There's no one clear definition of sexual harassment in the state of New York. It can take many forms. Essentially, it is offensive, unwanted conduct based on your gender. So, it can be a man sexually harassing a man or a woman sexually harassing a woman. And it could be subtle. It just has to be because of your gender. That's why it's sexual harassment.
