NU survives FEU to stay unblemished in UAAP Season 87 women’s volley
The NU Lady Bulldogs aced an early test as the defending champs came back from a 1-2 set disadvantage to claim a 25-15, 23-25, 24-26, 25-23, 15-8 win against the FEU Lady Tamaraws at the Mall of Asia Arena on Sunday, staying perfect at 3-0 in the UAAP Season 87 women's volleyball tournament.
Alyssa Solomon made sure NU wouldn't break in FEU's brave act as she pumped 23 points on 19 attacks and four blocks all the while logging four excellent digs.
