Trump hosts Black History Month event at White House, joined by Tiger Woods
US President Donald Trump on Feb. 20, 2025 hosts a Black History Month reception at the White House and was joined by American top-ranked golfer Tiger Woods. After receiving a standing ovation from the attendees, Woods took the floor and said he was honored to accompany the newly appointed President. Trump praised 'generations of black legends, champions, warriors and patriots' that have been part of American history and announced the creation of a statue garden for American heroes.
