А саме через рік витікає термін дії договору START - II, який надав однозначні переваги виключно Кремлю.
Саме стратегічне стримування й стане головним важелем Сі і Путіна на Трампа та, скоріш за все, й приведе до тристороннього саміту між ними. Саміту, на якому Трамп "зламається".
