The first flight of 'high-threat' deportees out of the United States arrived at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba on Wednesday (5 February).According to the Department of Homeland Security, all 10 were part of the transnational criminal organization 'Tren de Aragua', recently designated a terrorist organisation by the White House.
