A 20-year-old man from York has been sentenced to 12 months in prison and a 30-month driving ban after pleading guilty to dangerous driving and other related offenses.
The incident occurred on January 15, 2025, when the driver led police on a high-speed chase through residential areas, reaching speeds of up to 70 mph in 30 mph zones.
