Cloud developing across the majority of the UK with patchy drizzle over western hills, but the southeast holding onto clear skies allowing for frost and potentially even freezing fog patches to form. Turning increasingly windy across Northern Ireland and Scotland with western areas of Scotland also seeing outbreaks of rain during the early hours of the morning.
