A little over three years since French President Emmanuel Macron accused then Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison of lying about a multi-billion submarine deal, the second-largest ship in the French navy has docked in Darwin. It signifies a turning of the page between the two countries and an increased mutual focus on the Indo-Pacific region.
