Main contractors of Railways subcontracts the Tenders awarded to them them via IREPS portal, to other companies which is illegal as per Railways General conditions of contract.
Zetwerk Manufacturing businesses who happens to be a Bangalore based company, sub contracts the contract from Main contractor and further also sub lets the work to other vendors.
Employees of Manufacturing businesses deployed for the subcontracted project are found promoting illegal activities at Railway site.
The uploaded video highlights the subcontracting contracts between BM Construction Co and Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses, RTI copy which revels that no permission was taken by Bm Constructions Co to sub contract the work, TDS copy of the BM Constructions Co. etc.
