The soldier took out his radio, his eyes never leaving Jungkook. “Hello, this is Private First Class Jung Jae In. I found a spy lurking in here,” he said into the radio.
Jungkook’s eyes widened in shock. “What?! I’m not a spy—!”
“Shut up!” the soldier barked, shaking the gun to silence him.
“Third floor, left hallway,” the soldier continued into the radio. “He’s wearing weird clothes. I don’t know how to describe it. Please send backup immediately.”
Jungkook stared at him in disbelief. “Weird clothes? What the hell are you talking about?! Sir, I swear, I’m just a student!”
The soldier lowered the radio and held the gun with both hands, his grip tightening. “Save your excuses for the investigation room,” he said coldly.
Jungkook’s jaw dropped. “Investigation room?! Are you serious right now?!”
The soldier didn’t respond. Instead, he began walking toward Jungkook, the gun still trained on him.
“W-Why are you coming closer?!” Jungkook stammered, his voice rising in panic.
