Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil told the media after launching a new fact-checking chatbot AIFA on Tuesday (Jan 28) that social media giant Meta had submitted documents to secure an Application Service Provider Class Licence in Malaysia, while discussions are still ongoing for Google and Microsoft.
