WHO, UAE send aid to Gaza through Egypt
A charter flight loaded pallets of medical aid for Gaza, offered by Dubai Humanitarian in coordination with the World Health Organization (WHO), left the Royal Airwing in Dubai and landed in Egypt’s al-Arish Military Airport on Jan. 24, 2025. Upon landing, medicines and essential medical kits are expected to be transferred across the Rafah border to be distributed to Palestinians in need of healthcare assistance in the enclave.
