A 12-year-old boy has been stabbed to death in Birmingham as a 14-year-old boy was arrested on suspicion of his murder.The victim was found with serious injuries near Scribers Lane, Hall Green in the south-east of the city at around 3pm on Tuesday, and later died of his wounds in hospital.
