An official inquiry is underway led by Queensland’s Family and Child Commission following the conviction of Ashley Paul Griffith for more than 300 charges committed in childcare centres in Brisbane and Italy. The premier says the child protection system is "broken" and in need of the review which will hopefully be finished next year.
