The Peaceful Assembly Act is explicit in its requirements, and organisers should be well-informed about their obligations, says Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.
The Home Minister said this in response to a planned anti-corruption rally, dubbed Himpunan Rakyat Benci Rasuah, to be held in Kuala Lumpur on Saturday (Jan 25).
