Taiwan People's Party acting chair and caucus whip Huang Kuo-chang will face off against former lawmaker Tsai Pi-ru in a by-election scheduled for February 15th to pick the next leader of Taiwan's third-largest party. Party founder and former chair Ko Wen-je stepped down amid an ongoing corruption investigation against him.
