Chinese-owned TikTok says that its services in the U.S. will "go dark" on Sunday unless the Biden administration takes action to stop the enforcement of a possible ban. The Supreme Court on Friday upheld a law effectively banning the app over national security concerns unless Chinese owner ByteDance sells the social media platform's U.S. operations.
