The Shah Alam Sessions Court slapped a RM15,000 fine on a local authority assistant administrative officer for accepting bribes totaling RM3,000 involving cleaning works between 2019 and 2020.
Judge Datuk Mohd Nasir Nordin meted out the sentence after the accused, Muhammad Amin Rosdan, pleaded guilty to two alternative charges on Monday (Jan 13).
