El Paso Woman Fatally Stabbed by Boyfriend days' before her birthday

A man in Texas with the name of his ex-girlfriend tattooed across his chest “severely stabbed” the woman last weekend — killing her in a late-night domestic violence attack — just one day's her birthday, cops and family say.
