Seventeen people including several Klang District and Land Office (PTD Klang) employees have been arrested in an ongoing investigation of a criminal cartel involved in illegal land transfers.
Bukit Aman Commercial Crime Investigation Department (CCID) director Comm Datuk Seri Ramli Mohamed Yoosuf said investigations found that there have been “insiders” involved in cartel activities.
