"Dáithí is eight years old and has been waiting for a heart transplant for over six years. He even has his own law named after him in Northern Ireland—Dáithí’s Law. He is also the youngest-ever Freeman of Belfast, recognized for his organ donation awareness campaign, Donate4Dáithí."
