The father of Yap Xin Yuan, the victim in the murder case, claimed his daughter's remains at Banting Hospital on Friday (Jan 3).
According to Sin Chew Daily, Yap Eng You expressed sorrow over his daughter's passing, saying that he was unable to recognise her face when claiming her disfigured remains.
