Driver flying ISIS flag rams into New Orleans crowd, killing 15; he may have had help

U.S. Army veteran Shamsud-Din Jabbar drove through New Orleans’ French Quarter crowd on New Year’s Day with an ISIS flag on the truck, opened fire, killing 15 people and injuring others.
