Ameela shared this video showing how the Ring doorbell helped protect her home from a burglar.
The burglar approached her house and started tampering with the doorbell, possibly trying to disable it.
But just as things took a turn, the Ring doorbell suddenly activated, and a loud boom came from it: 'Hello! Ant and Dec here!
Coming up, someone will answer this door; the question is, who's it going to be?

With no time to spare, the thief panicked and fled the scene, quickly running back to a waiting car before speeding off into the night.
