He claimed this move could add hundreds of dollars to Microsoft's stock price. The proposal has rejected the proposal, following the board's recommendation. Saylor's Bitcoin strategy has propelled MicroStrategy's stock price nearly 500% this year. The company holds nearly 280,000 bitcoins valued at over $26 billion.
