Chris Simmons tours care homes to promote Christmas Single

Singer-songwriter Chris Simmons is on a two week tour visiting care homes across Portsmouth and Sussex to promote his Christmas single “A Cold December” and raising money and awareness for bereavement charity AtaLoss.
