La Huasteca Huehuetlan Mexico, state of San Luis Potosi lots for lifetime lease. My land is on the beautiful river fed by the famous Nacimiento underground spring. It is the best anywhere around here. Approximately 2000 foot long by around 300 or 400 foot wide. It is centrally located in this beautiful secret area. There are 3 lots at far end of land available on top with the best views around here. This area is surrounded by beautiful mountains. I won't sell or lease any lower ground so always a playground for who lives here.
I am American retired from MPLS MN. USA. I spent 13 years clearing and landscaping this land. It is registered private land in my name. This is a farming area where they grow exotic plants, flowers, trees, mangos, chilies, oranges, corn, avocados, sugar cane, coffee, etc., and some cattle ranches around so plenty of good beef and pork. These lots are $400,000. dollars each and I use a USA bank. The daily cost of living here is super low. Weather here is warm year-round.
There are hundreds of beautiful pueblos all around up in the mountains to explore and enjoy. Rivers, waterfalls, caves to explore, hiking trails, swimming holes, famous places to visit all close to this land. Many here use small ATVs, motorcycles, and horses to travel around legally.
